With an existing operation of 4 restaurants, 3 central kitchens, 1 factory canteen, and 1 frozen food business, Umara is now planning a new 5,000 sqm building integrating restaurant operations, a central kitchen, banquet production, and a staff cafeteria. The new central kitchen area is approximately 1,600 sqm and is intended to support factories, offices, and premium clients with high-quality meals and refined packaging.
