The Bottega Kitchen Project in Malaysia is a rapidly growing food and beverage initiative aimed at establishing a central kitchen to supply semi-finished products to its existing four restaurants and lay the groundwork for future expansion. This central kitchen, covering an area of 750 square meters, is projected to produce up to 100,000 meals annually, averaging 15,000 meals per month. The design will focus on Italian cuisine, primarily featuring mid-range dishes such as pizza, seafood, and pasta, with the goal of enhancing the quality and sophistication of the local dining market.
The client first visited our company on January 12, 2025, to discuss the design of several kitchens and confirm the details of each product. On-site, they agreed to the design fees, indicating their intent to collaborate with us. As we approached the final procurement phase, the client returned on May 13, 2025, to inspect our manufacturing facility for the equipment, which included refrigeration units, dishwashing equipment, combi ovens, and small kitchen appliances. They meticulously reviewed each item on the quotation to ensure that both appearance and specifications matched their requirements. After making adjustments to the equipment list and confirming the changes repeatedly, they finalized the procurement arrangement.The client emphasized the importance of adhering to the promised delivery schedule and expressed anticipation for feedback following the installation of the equipment.
