Located on the Raa Atoll, in the northern part of the Maldives archipelago, the Resort is situated on a lush private 7-hectares island, and is surrounded by a gorgeous 100-hectares lagoon with one of the finest coral reefs in Republic of Maldives, a concentration of nature and a tropical ecosystem.
Emerald Faarufushi shelters 80 contemporary and independent villas, five restaurants offering international cuisine, two bars, the Emerald Spa with eight treatments rooms in evocative treehouses, and a Sports Centre equipped with professional Technogym machines and equipment. The resort is also home to tennis and padel courts, and ensures a programme of fun yet educational activities for children and teens at the Dolphin Kids Club.
In fact our new resort is also home to the Dolphin Kids Club, a space where younger guests can really play, learn, have fun yet feel independent under the watchful eye of our multilingual professional educators. The ‘barefoot elegance’ style of the resort is woven through every element of a stay, and promises excellent standards delivered hand-in-hand with a genuine sense of ease in the refined yet informal surroundings.

This is a resort hotel project with many different functional areas. From 2022 March, customer firstly provide a garden pool bar drawing to us. After discuss this, we confirmed main kitchen&buffet, gelateria counter and carnivorous kitchen later. As they mention that by March 15th they will need the kitchen designs of M&E. IN this case, We provide them the M&E drawing for Asia Restaurant, Carnivorous restaurant, Main restaurant & Garden Pool Bar. During the communication, we mind that they still don’t have a plan for Exhaust&Fresh Air&Fire suppression System for beach kitchen. So we also send them this drawing.

Design proposal presentation
The drawings shown are a part of what we discussed in the previous section. The first drawing is a conventional design of a baking area. We designed the placement of the equipment in conjunction with the chef's usual habits after talking to him. We have made the equipment more suitable for the chef's habits. The second diagram is a clever design that combines a pool in the buffet area, combining the buffet area with the pool to make the design more reflective of the concept of combining people and nature.

As the resort was in a hurry to open, the client demanded a very quick turnaround time. We coordinated with our suppliers and the production department to try to get the goods out within the delivery period. Thanks to the tireless efforts of our INEO Team, we were able to ship the goods a week ahead of schedule. Because the Maldives is an island country and the procurement is not convenient, we provide one-stop procurement and on-site installation services. The customer spoke highly of our sense of time and effort.
