At the soon-to-open Joud Zanzibar Hotel in Tanzania, INEO has played a pivotal role in the successful establishment of this premier hospitality project. As an expert in integrated procurement solutions, we provided kitchen equipment, bar counters, exhaust systems, laundry facilities, small items, installation materials, and installation services, fully aligning with the owner's budgetary expectations. This one-stop procurement model received high praise from the project stakeholders.Moreover, since we have previously implemented laundry solutions for numerous large resort projects, the owner trusted INEO’s laundry equipment without hesitation.

Kitchen Design Highlights
Functional Zones: The kitchen is designed with a workflow that clearly separates storage, preparation, cooking, dough processing, cold dishes, and plating areas. A separate recycling window was added to improve cleanliness, achieving a clear distinction between clean and dirty areas, which enhances hygiene and safety.The strategic layout and equipment selection ensure clearly defined functional areas in the kitchen, with a smooth flow that standardizes operational processes. Ergonomic design features are included to ensure chefs work comfortably and with reduced fatigue.
Zoned Design: Previously, key areas like preparation, baking, cold kitchen, and hot kitchen were not distinctly separated. The new design establishes clear zones, creating a smoother workflow and improving kitchen efficiency while adhering to hygiene standards.
Optimized Cooking Equipment: The cooking equipment has been optimized to ensure high-quality output while minimizing unnecessary waste and operational costs.
Visual Transparency: The design incorporates visual elements that allow the kitchen to remain visible from the dining area, enhancing diners' confidence in food preparation processes.
Safety and Hygiene: The design complies with food safety standards, ensuring a clear separation of raw and cooked food processing areas to prevent cross-contamination. Materials such as stainless steel surfaces are used for easy cleaning and corrosion resistance.
Laundry Room Design Highlights
Sequential Configuration: The laundry room is designed with a clear workflow that follows the sequence of collection, sorting, stain pre-treatment, washing, drying, ironing, and folding/storage, ensuring smooth and efficient operations. The thoughtful layout and equipment selection ensure clear functional areas in the laundry room, with an efficient flow design that standardizes staff operations. It fosters a harmonious and comfortable working environment, reflecting management's commitment to employee welfare.
Cost Efficiency: By selecting efficient laundry equipment and optimizing the layout, unnecessary waste and operational costs are reduced. The use of energy-efficient machines ensures consistent cleaning quality while the space and workflow planning supports effective management, ultimately enhancing brand profitability.
Emergency Measures: The inclusion of an eye wash station provides an effective response to hygiene safety incidents, mitigating the risk of injury to staff.
Separate Linen Storage: A dedicated linen storage area was created for the rotation and storage of clean linens post-washing, maintaining a clean and hygienic work environment. An additional door facilitates the dispatch of clean linens, preventing cross-contamination.
Efficiency: Optimization of laundry workflows minimizes unnecessary movements by staff. For instance, closely linking the stain treatment, washing, and drying areas shortens operational paths, thus enhancing productivity.
