Starting from October, we conducted on-site inspections, customized an overall renovation plan according to the requirements, and successfully completed the implementation. We redesigned the kitchen and planned a self-service area, as well as a customer dining experience area with seating for 300 people. We can provide design and installation services for buffet counters with marble, ensuring seamless integration of all equipment. The entire process went very smoothly, and we collaborated with local on-site installation services, making the dream into a reality!
Banyan Tree Vabbinfaru Resort in Maldives - INEO Kitchen Project

We provide on-site equipment installation for Banyan Tree Resort

Banyan Tree Resort - Sangu Garden Bar - INEO Kitchen Project

In August 2024, In the project to update the employee kitchen for Banyan Tree Resorts, we provided a range of advanced kitchen equipment and a thoughtfully planned layout to meet the increasing demands of their staff. The focus of this update was to enhance functionality and comfort, ensuring that the kitchen not only meets the current needs of employees but also accommodates future growth.
We designed an efficient exhaust hood system to ensure proper air circulation and freshness in the kitchen, eliminating smoke and odors generated during cooking. This system uses advanced ventilation technology to effectively reduce kitchen temperatures, providing chefs with a safer and more comfortable working environment. The kitchen is divided into several functional areas, such as cooking, preparation, washing, and dining zones, with a rational layout that avoids cross-contamination and improves efficiency.

Every year, INEO’s after-sales team returns to Banyan Tree Vabbinfaru Resort in the Maldives to perform a complete annual maintenance and inspection of their commercial kitchen equipment. This is not just a routine check – it is a proactive service designed to prevent unexpected breakdowns, extend equipment life, and ensure the resort’s kitchen operates at peak performance. The process begins with a detailed planning phase. Our team reviews the equipment list from the previous year, notes any recurring issues, and schedules the visit during a low-occupancy period to minimize disruption to the resort’s food & beverage operations.>
Upon arrival, we conduct a systematic walkthrough of all kitchen zones: main cooking line, cold storage, ventilation hoods, dishwashing area, and backup utilities. Each piece of equipment is tested under real working conditions – temperature accuracy, gas pressure, exhaust airflow, and electrical safety. After testing, we perform preventive maintenance: cleaning filters, tightening connections, lubricating moving parts, and replacing worn seals or gaskets. For any component showing signs of fatigue, we recommend replacement or repair with genuine spare parts carried directly from our regional warehouse.>
Banyan Tree Vabbinfaru Resort – Annual Equipment Maintenance & Inspection | INEO After-Sales
The final step is a joint sign-off with the resort’s executive chef and engineering team. We provide a detailed inspection report listing all actions taken, remaining life estimates for key equipment, and suggestions for future upgrades. This annual cycle is why Banyan Tree Resort – and over 50 other island resorts – trust INEO not only for initial installation, but for lifetime after-sales support. Because a great kitchen is not built once, it is maintained every day.>
