The hotel is located in the Alps,local temperature is very low, so we do not need to prepare a cold storage specially, we need to consider the delivery speed of the kitchen staff as well as the convenience, keep the temperature of the meals. Therefore, it is very important to design the kitchen properly and configure the kitchen equipment.
The hotel investors therefore also looked for many design teams around the world and finally chose us, because we can provide a full range of professional kitchen design services.
Our design concept is to locate the cooking area in the center of the kitchen, with the preparation area, dish washing area and processing area on each side. This design can facilitate the work of kitchen staff in each position and improve efficiency. In terms of equipment selection, we will consider different dining areas and recommend insulated food carts and dish warmers for guests to ensure the warm temperature.
