Overview

The ice maker is a specialized appliance designed to produce ice in various shapes and sizes. It consists of a refrigeration system that freezes water, creating ice cubes or other forms such as flakes or nuggets. Ice machines are commonly used in commercial settings like restaurants, bars, hotels, and healthcare facilities where a steady supply of ice is required. They offer convenience, hygiene, and efficiency by providing a consistent source of ice for drinks, food preservation, and display purposes. Ice machines come in different capacities and configurations, with some featuring advanced features like self-cleaning mechanisms and energy-saving technologies to meet the specific needs of the users.

Standard Features

Front-in & front-out air flow: no need to leave space on the back.

Stainless steel casing.

High-quality appearance.

Front removable air filter, can be easily removed and cleaned to ensure equipment performance.

Equipped with a hidden sliding door, door opening does not occupy space, making it more convenient to access ice cubes.

One-touch cleaning button for automatic cleaning, saving labor and time.

Front panel with visual alarm light.

Built-in ice storage compartment, convenient for installation under the countertop, suitable for coffee shops and small-scale stores.

Function

Ice-Making Chamber: This is the main part of the ice machine where the ice is formed. It contains a refrigeration system that cools the water and facilitates the freezing process.

Water Inlet: The water inlet is a valve or connection point that allows water to enter the ice-making chamber. It supplies a continuous flow of water to be frozen and transformed into ice.

Evaporator: The evaporator is a heat exchanger within the ice-making chamber. It transfers heat from the water, causing it to freeze and form ice. The evaporator is usually made of metal, often with a special coating to prevent ice from sticking.

Compressor: The compressor is a vital component that compresses the refrigerant gas, increasing its pressure and temperature. It plays a crucial role in the refrigeration cycle of the ice machine by circulating the refrigerant and facilitating heat exchange.

Condenser: The condenser is responsible for dissipating heat from the refrigerant gas, causing it to condense and convert back into a liquid state. It usually consists of coils or fins that promote heat transfer and cooling.

Ice Storage Bin: Once the ice is produced, it is stored in an ice storage bin or container. This part of the machine keeps the ice frozen and ready for use until it is needed.

Control Panel: The control panel houses the operational controls and settings of the ice machine. It allows the user to adjust parameters such as ice thickness, production cycle, and temperature. The control panel may also display information about the machine's status and alerts.

Optional Features

The Ice Machine is optional with different ice-making capacity, such as 85kg/24h, 80kg/24h.
